Ellie's 4th Birthday

We had a little birthday party for Ellie on the 15Th. Unfortunately, her friends from preschool were not being very good, so their mom would not let them come, so it was just my parents and us. She got lots of Cinderella themed toys and a horse that walks is on its way. My parents had to special order it. The next day she brought cupcakes to preschool and brought one of her Cinderella dolls for show and tell. She reminds us every day that she is now 4. It is crazy that she is such a little person with her own thoughts and opinions.

Unfortunately, Will did not remember to pull Ellie's hair back and she singed the ends of her hair when she was trying to blow some of the candles out. But, alas, her hair was okay and she did not have to have a major hair cut.

Happy Birthday, Ellie! It is crazy how fast they grow up- and sad too! Gardner burned his eyelashes at my moms house roasting marshmallows in the fireplace:) I was glad he doesn't have long hair!

Happy Birthday to your cute little Ellie.

How are your eyes doing after your surgery? Are you up and at 'em?

4 is so fun...Ethan loves it! He is always saying how he doesn't want to be 5...just 4! Then Lexi will quickly add...but I'm 3...which comes out "free".
Merry Christmas!
