Weekend Warriors

Well, we have lived in our house for over a year now (which we took off the market because it is not so hot) and had not done any painting. That changed this weekend. We did our first big painting project and we decided to paint Ellie's room, which will eventually be Abby and Ellie's room. We finished and despite some bickering between Will and I on how to do the painting, I must say that it was a pretty successful project. It was really fun to do something on our own and to start doing things in our house. Some of you may be wondering why we did not paint earlier, but when I had to work weekends, Will worked 5 days a week, so we never had any weekends to do projects together. I think I am addicted because the finished product is so fun. I don't know if anyone will think it is exceptional, but it awesome to not have a white room any more. Ellie loves her new purple room.
